Join us for a magical journey into the world of Nutcracker Yoga! In this fun and festive class, we’ll explore yoga poses inspired by characters from the beloved Nutcracker story. As we stretch, balance, and breathe, we'll use our imaginations to bring the enchanting tale to life!

What to Expect:

• Storytime and Poses: We’ll begin with a cozy story session, diving into the Nutcracker’s adventures. Then, we’ll transform into characters like Clara, the Nutcracker Prince, and the Sugar Plum Fairy through creative yoga poses.
• Movement and Fun: Each pose will help us build strength, flexibility, and focus while we dance and play. Expect lots of giggles as we move like toy soldiers and twirl like snowflakes! We are going to learn some ballet too!
• Mindfulness and Relaxation: We’ll wind down with calming breathing exercises and a peaceful moment to reflect on the joy of the holiday season.

Who Can Join: This class is perfect for kids ages 4-10. Come in comfortable clothes, ready to stretch and have fun!
