Ann Fields, BFA, E-RYT-200, RCYT, is founder of Peaceful Poses Kids Yoga. Ann has her E-RYT-200 (Registered Yoga Teacher and over 1,000 hours of teaching) and her RCYT (Registered Children’s Yoga Teacher) certifications. Ann is an adjunct at HACC where she teaches Yoga and Pilates as wellness courses. Also, she is a yoga teacher at UPMC Cardiology where she is part of their integrative health program. Ann specializes in teaching toddlers through teens yoga, adult yoga, trauma informed yoga, mindfulness, meditation, tapping (EFT), mental health yoga, yoga for eating disorders, yoga for athletes and dancers, yoga for children with exceptional needs, and reformer and mat pilates.
Through Peaceful Poses Kids Yoga, Ann has worked with children at 15 local child care centers, IU 13 Lancaster Lebanon Headstart, Camp Hill School District, Pre-K Counts Mechanicsburg, Ready to Learn Mechanicsburg, The Peabody Institute of the Johns Hopkins University, Commonwealth Charter Academy, PA Virtual Charter School, Fredricksen, New Cumberland and Bosler Libraries, Silver Spring, Enola and Mechanicsburg Recreation Departments, CV Buddy Program, Outschool, and several summer camps throughout south Central Pennsylvania.
She travels to many locations to teach in person. Also, she zooms IU 13’s Headstart program with 11 preschools each week. She receives grants and travels to schools to teach yoga and mindfulness as Social Emotional Learning lessons, growth mindset yoga, and test prep (PSSA) yoga.
Ann has presented on children’s yoga topics at Capital Area Chapter of PennAEYC (March 2019), The Early Childhood Summit at the Penn Stater (Nov. 2019, virtual 2020 and 2021, 2022, 2023), the Pennsylvania Head Start Annual Conference (April 2020) and the Lancaster Lebanon IU13 Education Conference (June 2020, June 2024). She also develops and presents Professional Development for teachers in child care centers and educators in all grades. Topics include Yoga and Mindfulness for Preschoolers, Mindfulness for Educators and yoga classes to de-stress teachers and administrators.
Ann is now at Just Plain Yoga's Wellness Offices located at 300 Corporate Center Drive, Camp Hill, PA 17011. She teaches private yoga classes to children for attention, focus, understanding feelings, and tools for wellness. She teaches children of all abilities. Also, she teaches privates to adults for any need and any ability.
Ann comes to the mat with a bundle of energy, a vibrant personality and a ton of patience. She is dedicated and passionate about helping children and adults discover their full potential.

Poses Kids Yoga is mobile kids yoga business in Camp Hill, PA. We travel to the client’s location and teach kids yoga classes. We travel toto child care centers, preschools, public and private schools and youth organizations.
Bringing our services to you allows for your child to try something new in a familiar space. Also, it frees up time in the evening to spend with your family and not running to yet, another activity.
Classes run from 1/2 hour to 1 hour in length depending on the age of the children. The yoga classes are designed just for kids and filled with fun, energy, and group activities. Also, classes include breathing techniques to calm down and a relaxation section at the end. Whether it is a themed based Spring Yoga for preschoolers or a Kindness Yoga for preteens, we can work around your needs and even your curriculum if desired. Yoga classes are designed for ALL children and promote inclusivity and advocate for a loving classroom community.
