Ann Fields, BFA, E-RYT 200, RCYT, is the founder of Peaceful Poses Kids Yoga. A passionate and experienced educator, Ann holds her E-RYT 200 (Experienced Registered Yoga Teacher with over 1,000 hours of teaching) and RCYT (Registered Children’s Yoga Teacher) certifications. She is also an adjunct instructor at HACC, where she teaches Yoga and Pilates as part of the college's wellness curriculum.
Ann specializes in yoga and mindfulness practices for all ages—from toddlers to teens and adults. Her areas of expertise include trauma-informed yoga, mental health yoga, mindfulness and meditation, Emotional Freedom Technique (tapping), yoga for athletes and dancers, eating disorder recovery, children with exceptional needs, and both reformer and mat Pilates.
Through Peaceful Poses Kids Yoga, Ann has brought yoga and mindfulness to over 15 local childcare centers, IU 13 Lancaster-Lebanon Head Start, Camp Hill School District, Pre-K Counts Mechanicsburg, Ready to Learn Mechanicsburg, The Peabody Institute of The Johns Hopkins University, Commonwealth Charter Academy, PA Virtual Charter School, public libraries, local recreation departments, the CV Buddy Program, Outschool, and a wide variety of summer camps across South Central Pennsylvania.
Ann teaches in person at schools, libraries, and wellness spaces—and virtually, including weekly Zoom sessions with 11 IU 13 Head Start preschool classrooms. She frequently receives grant funding to bring Social Emotional Learning (SEL) lessons, growth mindset yoga, and test-prep yoga (PSSA-focused) into schools.
A seasoned speaker and trainer, Ann has presented at multiple conferences, including the Capital Area Chapter of PennAEYC (2019), The Early Childhood Summit (2019–2023), the Pennsylvania Head Start Annual Conference (2020), and the Lancaster-Lebanon IU13 Education Conference (2020, 2024). She also provides professional development for educators across grade levels, covering topics such as Yoga and Mindfulness for Preschoolers, Mindfulness for Educators, and wellness-focused yoga classes for teachers and administrators.
Ann currently offers private sessions through Just Plain Yoga's Wellness Offices in Camp Hill, PA. She supports children of all abilities in building focus, emotional awareness, and wellness tools, and provides personalized yoga instruction for adults of any background or ability.
Ann brings boundless energy, compassion, and deep dedication to every session. Her mission is to help children and adults discover tools for healing, self-regulation, and reaching their fullest potential—on and off the mat.

Poses Kids Yoga is mobile kids yoga business in Camp Hill, PA. We travel to the client’s location and teach kids yoga classes. We travel toto child care centers, preschools, public and private schools and youth organizations.
Bringing our services to you allows for your child to try something new in a familiar space. Also, it frees up time in the evening to spend with your family and not running to yet, another activity.
Classes run from 1/2 hour to 1 hour in length depending on the age of the children. The yoga classes are designed just for kids and filled with fun, energy, and group activities. Also, classes include breathing techniques to calm down and a relaxation section at the end. Whether it is a themed based Spring Yoga for preschoolers or a Kindness Yoga for preteens, we can work around your needs and even your curriculum if desired. Yoga classes are designed for ALL children and promote inclusivity and advocate for a loving classroom community.
